  • How do I get to the island of Ponza?

    With hydrofoils and ferries from the ports of Formia and Terracina (all year round) and from the ports of Anzio, San Felice Circeo and Naples (during the summer season). For more details download the ferry info.

  • Does the hotel have parking facilities?

    Yes, the hotel has a free, unattended outdoor car park just a 10-minute walk from the centre and port of Ponza.

  • Does the hotel offer a shuttle?

    The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the port from 09 am to 8 pm (with priority for arrivals and departures).

  • What is the difference between the Standard and the Classic Room?

    The essential difference lies in the location: the Classic rooms are located in the main part of the hotel and the Standard rooms in a slightly detached area.

  • Is there room service?

  • Do you offer half board?

    Yes, you can choose half board with dinner at our Chiaia di Luna restaurant, where you can choose directly from the à la carte menu.

    Yes, on request our chef also prepares gluten-free dishes for breakfast and dinner.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 2 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m. You can leave your luggage at reception until your departure.

  • Are animals allowed?

    No, animals of any size are not allowed inside the hotel.

  • Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, CartaSì, American Express.

  • What are the terms of cancellation?

    Reservations may be cancelled, without penalty, up to 8 days prior to the date of arrival (14 days if booking three or more rooms). Cancellations after this deadline will be charged, as a penalty, 100% of the amount of the stay, which is non-refundable and cannot be changed. The same penalty (100%) will also be applied in the case of a no-show (non-arrival) and also in the case of early departure during the hotel stay.
