Location

How do I get to Ponza Island?
By hydrofoil and ferry from the ports of Formia and Terracina (all year) and from the ports of Anzio, San Felice Circeo and Naples (during the summer season). For further information download the information about ferries.

Does the hotel have parking facilities?
Yes, the hotel has free, unmonitored uncovered parking just 10 minutes on foot from the town centre and Ponza port.

Does the hotel have a shuttle service?
The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the port between 9 am and 8 pm (with priority for arrivals and departures).

Rooms

What’s the difference between the Standard Room and the Classic?
The essential difference lies in their locations: the Classic rooms are in the main hotel building and the Standard rooms are in a slightly detached area.

Is there room service?
The hotel offers room service with a supplement.

Restaurant

Do you offer half-board?
Yes, you may choose half-board with dinner in our Chiaia di Luna restaurant, and select directly from our à la carte menu.

What time can I dine?
Dinner is served from 8.00 pm to 10.30 pm in the period from 29/05/16 to 24/09/16

Do you offer a menu for people with coeliac disease?
Yes, on request our chef prepares gluten-free dishes for both breakfast and dinner.

In Hotel

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2.00 pm, check-out is by 11.00 am. You may leave your baggage at reception until your departure time.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed inside the Hotel, regardless of size.

Payment methods and cancellations

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all of the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, CartaSì, American Express.

What are your cancellation terms?
The booking may be cancelled, without incurring any penalties, up to 7 days before the arrival date (14 days, in the case of bookings of three or more rooms). For cancellation beyond such date will be charged as penalty, the 30% of the total amount that is not refundable and not modifiable. Penalty of 100% in the event of cancellation the day before the arrival date or no show, which also applies to early departures during stays at the Hotel.
