Ristorante “CHIAIA”
The restaurant CHIAIA is situated in the stupendous terrace adjacent the seawater swimming pool. Here you can have an aperitif and then have a dinner by candlelight admiring the light of the harbour.
The restaurant offers a day-menu for 35 € and it's opened to guests too. The food is prepared by the emerging Neapolitan chef Salvatore Capasso, who will propose you his refined cook, prepared with passion and with a great attention to the ingredients and to the preparation of the plates.

Starters
• Basket of mussels with fennel and rucola pesto (sauce).
• Squid with red salad,imps and citrus fruit sauce.
Pasta and Rice dishes
• Fresh pasta with scampi and asparagus.
• King Neptune rice dish (and shellfish).
Main Courses
• Bass fillet with artichokes and roast potatoes.
• Oven-cooked salmon with small calamari, herbs and courgettes.
Desserts
• Millefeuille with chantilly cream, berries and sugar crystals.
• Chocolate mousse with vanilla cream.
The menu depends of the season, because the ingredients are always fresh, and the dishes offered are in a continuous evolution.
The breakfast on the swimming pool terrace, with fresh fruits, pies, delicious cakes and homemade plum cakes.
