Ristorante “CHIAIA”
The restaurant CHIAIA is situated in the stupendous terrace adjacent the seawater swimming pool. Here you can have an aperitif and then have a dinner by candlelight admiring the light of the harbour.
The restaurant offers a day-menu for 35 € and it's opened to guests too. The food is prepared by the emerging Neapolitan chef Salvatore, who will propose you his refined cook, prepared with passion and with a great attention to the ingredients and to the preparation of the plates.
Some of his proposals:
Appetizers: beating of red lobsters filled with rucola, Parmigiano and tomatoes on a bed of fennel and orange slices.
Among the first courses there are ravioli filled with bass pulp with potatoes and raw sea bass, the sepia risotto with yoghurt and walnut cream.
Among the second courses you must not miss the bream rolls filled with raw fish on a cream of beans and pesto and the lobster with green sauce. There are also fantastic pastries: layered cake made of puff pastry filled with sour cherry cream, the “chiaia di luna” cannolo, filled with a special gorgonzola ice cream and the chilled cake at nougat flavour with citrus fruits cream.
The menu depends of the season, because the ingredients are always fresh, and the dishes offered are in a continuous evolution.
The breakfast on the swimming pool terrace, with fresh fruits, pies, delicious cakes and homemade plum cakes.
At the aperitif you can taste the Neapolitan pizza cooked in the wood fired oven of the KIBAR, while listening to lounge music, looking at a breathtaking sunset.
