Cancellations: the reservation can be cancelled without penalty  until 7 days prior the arrival date. 

For cancellation beyond such date  will be charged as penalty: 30% of the total amount  for cancellations until 2 days before the arrival

100% of the total amount for  cancellations: within 1 day before the arrival, the same day of the arrival and  for "no show". For cancellations of stays in half board basis,  penalty on bed and breakfast basis tariffs will be  charged
